If you want to make any changes to your order, you will need to cancel it and place another order for the products and services you want. Please note that canceling and re-ordering may result in your order arriving or being available for pickup at a later time or date. For bundle orders, if the parent product is cancelled, any accompanying products will also be cancelled. 

  • Go to My Orders and find the order you would like to change
  • Look for a “Cancel” button 
    • If Cancel isn’t available, then the order is too far along the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or cancelled at this time. Even our Order Support team is unable make any changes to it.
  • Select Cancel for all the items in the order and select the appropriate reason code
  • Once fully cancelled, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order is fully cancelled and you’re ready to re-order

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after placing an order, with the exception of adding an apartment number that wasn’t previously added to the order.

The only way to proceed with an order using a new address is to cancel the original order and create a new order with the updated shipping information.

To cancel your order, visit your My Order page and click on CANCEL above the picture of the item that you ordered.

In most cases, you will be able to create an order from Cameago.com using the procedure below:

  1. Go to the product page of the product you wish to purchase
  2. On the right side of the page, select any options for the item that are available for the device (e.g. color, size, gem)
  3. After selecting these options, click on the button at the bottom of the screen that adds your selection to your cart. This can be “CONTINUE“, or “BUY NOW” or “ADD TO CART
  4. You can continue shopping after adding a product to your cart. When you have finished selecting the products, go to your shopping cart and click on “CHECKOUT
  5. Select your payment method and enter your name and billing address
  6. Click on “PLACE ORDER” to complete the transaction

Note that you will need to log in to your account along the way and will be asked most times to do so as you transition from your cart to checkout.

  1. If your item is eligible for a return, you will see a RETURN button to the right of the product
  2. Click RETURN next to the item you want to return**
    • If RETURN is not available, the product may be outside of its return window
  3. Select your reason for return
  4. Click CONTINUE

To update/change/reset the password to your Cameaco account, please visit https://www.cameago.com/my-account/lost-password/ and do the following:

  1. Enter your email address and continue.
  2. Verify the email address for the account for which you’d like to change the password.
  3. You should receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Click on the specified link to reset your password.
  4. In the browser window that opens up, add and confirm your new password, and continue.
  5. Follow the prompts in the browser until you receive notice that your password has been successfully reset. You will also receive an email confirming successful reset.

If you do not receive an email with password reset instructions, check your spam folder and other inboxes to make sure that the email was not filtered.

If you still have not received the email with password reset instructions, try again using other email addresses you own.

  • Once your order ships or is ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail with information to track your package.
  • You can also track your package in My Orders.
